Professional home organizing rates in Kansas City vary based on the size of the space, the amount of organizing needed, and the number of organizers working on the project. Everyday Organize charges $100/hour per organizer, and only charge for the time we are in your home. A primary closet typically ranges from $1,000–$1,400, while larger spaces such as garages typically range from $1,800–$2,100, plus the cost of organizing products. We provide a personalized project estimate before getting started.

Our goal is always to finish a space in one day. Most of our organizing sessions last 5-7 hours.

Absolutely not! In fact, we prefer you leave it as is so we can see what ISN'T working for you. If we are decluttering alongside you, we will go through your items together. If you choose to do your own decluttering, please remove any items that you DON'T want us to organize into the space. We will ask questions as needed to be sure we get it right!

Not necessarily! You may already have the products we need to get you organized. But in most cases, we will make product recommendations, as needed, and include links and pricing so you can review like a shopping list to decide what you want to move forward with.

Absolutely not - that’s the best part! We are here to help save you time. We do ask that you can be available at some point during the session for us to ask questions.

Pantries, kitchens, fridges/freezers, closets, garages, storage rooms, offices, bathrooms, and all kinds of kids spaces. Really - if it’s a space in your home, we will organize it!

We will NEVER throw your items away - you are in full control over what stays and goes. However, we will encourage you to consider what items in the space you actually like and use and only keep those things. We offer free donation delivery following each session.
Our Process

discovery call
We start with a 15-minute phone call so we can hear more about your organizing needs, answer your questions, discuss pricing, and make sure we are a good fit.

in-home consultation
Owner + Organizer, Lauren, will meet with you for about 1 hour to walk through your space and talk through your estimate, timing and next steps. If you are comfortable, we will go ahead and take measurements and photos to prepare for step 4.
3
proposal
Following our in-home consultation, you will receive a full proposal via email outlining: what our services include, what you can expect, and pricing specific to your home and space(s) discussed.

planning + product
We will use our space planning knowledge to blueprint your space and provide you with a plan and product recommendations that will allow for maximum functionality. We then do all of the product shopping budgeted in the organize. We don’t move forward until you are 100% satisfied.

organizing day
Once your plan is approved, we schedule your organizing day(s) and arrive with everything to get your space(s) organized! Custom sticker labels are the final step in every organize and are included at no cost to you.
