Step 2: In-Home Consultation
During our in-home consultation, we'll discuss your goals, challenges and even hopes + dreams for your home. Whether you're struggling with an overflowing pantry, a cluttered garage, a chaotic playroom, or an entire home that feels out of control, we want to understand how your family lives and what isn't working.

Step 3: Proposal
Following our in-home consultation, you will receive a full proposal via email, outlining:
What our organizing service includes
What you can expect, with several before + after photos of the type of space you are looking to have organized
A sample of what our blueprints + plans will look like in the next step
Pricing specific to your home and space(s) discussed in the consultation
Once you confirm you are ready to move forward, we will handle the paperwork and the deposit, and then we move to the fun part, the planning!
Step 4: Planning + Shopping
Planning
At this point, we are ready to start planning for your organize! We create a custom plan for each space, often times with an accompanying blueprint to show you visually what product we recommend and where every category you own will be stored.

Sometimes our clients like to handle the decluttering part themselves; other times they want our support + expertise during this step.
We help clients thoughtfully evaluate what belongs in the space and what no longer serves them.
This doesn't mean forcing anyone to throw things away.
Instead, we guide you through decisions with compassion and practicality, helping you identify what you truly use, love and need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to declutter before hiring an organizer?
No. In fact, many clients hire us because decluttering feels overwhelming. We'll guide you through the process and help you make decisions along the way. Or, if you can’t be present, we can declutter and lay items out by category so you can go through in the evening and easily see everything, and quickly decide what stays.
What happens to items I don’t want to keep?
We will responsibly donate, trash and/or recycle any items you don’t want to keep. We are happy to take away as much as our cars can fit after each organizing session.
Do I need to purchase organizing products beforehand?
No. In fact, we always recommend that we start with a plan first, and then pick product that works within that plan. We handle all product recommendations and sourcing as part of the process.
How long does it take to organize my space?
Every organize is different. Many spaces can be completed in a single session (6 hours or less), while larger or multi-space projects may require multiple organizing days. We will let you know our recommendation on number of organizers and hours needed in your proposal. We are always happy to estimate each space separately so you can decide where you want to start.
